Porta opens at Park Hotel Clarke Quay

Recently launched at Park Hotel Clarke Quay, PORTA, Fine Food & Import Company is a dining establishment that serves as a doorway to an eclectic haven of modern European cuisine and inspiring epicurean treasures. Previously known as Brizo Restaurant & Bar, Parable worked together with Park Hotel Clarke Quay to rebrand and transform their space.

To help distinguish PORTA from its competitors around the vicinity, Parable collaborated with Park Hotel to conduct research, generating an understanding of what consumers around the area are looking for. Ultimately deciding to serve hotel breakfast buffet and transition to a casual all-day dining and retail concept for lunch and dinner.

PORTA embodies the spirit of a mysterious smuggler of fine foods, who is smart, suave and well-travelled. From floor tiles to the objects in the space, everything has been carefully curated to simulate a warehouse, a curious hidden cargo of food. Symbolizing wisdom and enlightenment, follow the various stylizations of the crow in PORTA as he leads you to a culinary awakening!
